Order and Processing
All orders placed on Shyama Shop are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once the order is shipped, the order gets delivered within 4-7 days. However, if the delivery location is remote, it might take more than the estimated days.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your order on our website or through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on orders above a certain amount, as indicated on our website.
Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy
– Order Cancellation: If you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount. We will not take cancellation requests once the product has been shipped.
– Refunds: Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order.
– Return Policy: In case you wish to return the product, please send us an email request with your order number on shyamashop.com@gmail.com stating the return reason within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. We will arrange for a reverse pickup at no extra cost.
After receiving the returned product, we will provide you with a credit note amounting to the value of your returned order excluding any shipping cost paid by you at the time of placing an order.
You can use the store credit note within 90 days for any product listed on our website.
